These terms cover your use of Apkaura, the Android browser distributed through apkaura.app and the official Telegram channel. By installing or using Apkaura you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use Apkaura.

1. What Apkaura is

Apkaura is a general-purpose web browser that also inspects APK files before you install them. It is not a marketplace, an app store, or a content host — websites you visit and files you download are served by independent third parties. Apkaura displays and helps you interact with content it does not own.

2. Distribution

The only official channels for Apkaura are:

• apkaura.app (this site)
• t.me/ApkauraApp (Telegram channel)
• Any third-party APK repository we explicitly announce on the Telegram channel.

Any APK named "Apkaura" from another source may be a repackage. Verify the signing certificate SHA-256 against apkaura.app/verify before installing.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or repackage Apkaura for redistribution as your own product.
• Use Apkaura to distribute malware or attack third-party sites.
• Use Apkaura's APK inspector or VirusTotal proxy in a way that abuses upstream services.
• Use Apkaura to violate laws in your jurisdiction.

Apkaura does not police what websites you visit or what APKs you download. Legality of that content is your responsibility, not ours.

4. Third-party content

Websites and APKs you access through Apkaura are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the content, availability, safety, or legality of third-party services. The APK inspector's VirusTotal scan and hardening analysis are informational — they do not guarantee an APK is safe.

5. No warranty

Apkaura is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Alpha and beta releases in particular may contain bugs. Use at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apkaura and its authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use Apkaura, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or losses caused by third-party APKs.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Telegram channel and reflected by the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Apkaura after changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction to the extent applicable, and otherwise by the laws under which Apkaura operates. Venue for any dispute is subject to the same.
